All clients can take advantage of our policy at any time. Our policy lasts 24 hours. If more than 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Refunds are valid for first purchase only. We do not refund renewals, as we conclude that you are satisfied with your order after grace period ends.

Refundable Items:

  • Storage VPS or Cloud Hosting Service
  • Image Server or ShareX Hosting
  • Private Email Servers or Email Hosting
  • Web Hosting

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Trial Products or products that were purchased with a discount
  • System Administration or/and Development services

Speciality Items that are excluded from regular refund policy:

  • Storage VPS or Cloud Hosting

To the item/items in this section we provide refund policy, after confirmation via email. You need to open a cancellation request. After that it's upon our discretion if we provide refunds. It depends on case to case. Usually we will provide partial refund, due to server costs that accrued. We provide full refund only if OS was not installed or server was not interacted in any way.

To complete your return/refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or any additional information associated with your order that we might request from you.


Once your refund request is received and inspected (which usually takes 5 business days or more), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale or Discounted items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items or items that were purchased with discounts cannot be refunded.


Currently, we do not offer any sort of exchanges.

Additional Terms:

  1. We reserve a right to deny your request without a reason
  2. Service cancellation is immediate therefore your server is wiped at the same moment as we receive your cancellation
  3. We do not take any liability if your server files are lost after cancellation
  4. Support ticket marked as cancellation request must be open to be eligible for refund
  5. We only refund payments via PayPal or Credit Card back to original payment method, currently we do not refund other purchases to the original payment method, only to account credit.


  • You should not violate any terms of service in the last 60 days
  • If you were reselling our services/they were white-labelled, you are not eligible for refund
  • Refund policy does not apply to any add-ons only to original products
