All clients can take advantage of our policy at any time. Our policy lasts 24 hours. If more than 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Refunds are valid for first purchase only. We do not refund renewals (excluding Budget plans), as we conclude that you are satisfied with your order after grace period ends.
1) We do not provide refunds for 1 month payments and setup fees. If you order for more than 1 month, we can refund X - N (N indicating used already duration credit or first month and X indicating your total duration credit). Currently this depends on case to case.
2) To the item/items in this section we provide refund policy, as stated: All refunds are upon our discretion. It depends on case to case. Usually we will provide partial refund, due to server costs that accrued. We might provide full refund only if OS was not installed or server was not interacted in any way.
3) We only provide compensation if both name servers go down for more than 10 minutes at the same time. Compensation is applied to your Web Hosting credit.
To complete your return/refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or any additional information associated with your order that we might request from you. You need to submit a cancellation request.
Once your refund request is received and inspected (which usually takes 5 business days or more), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items or items that were purchased with discounts cannot be refunded.
